The demo set
A seeded four-sheet drawing set with a finished takeoff already in it.
What you are looking at
A ground-floor plan, a first-floor plan, a site plan and a sheet index — generated for this demo, at a stated scale, with a completed takeoff on three sheets: room areas by group, wall lengths, door counts, a clouded detail and two status stamps. Every number in the schedule comes from the same maths the app uses on your own drawings.
Signing in to the demo uses a shared demo account (demo@aec-markup.example / aec-markup-demo), which is fine to poke at: the demo set is generated, not anyone's drawings, and it can be regenerated from scratch at any time.
What to try, in order
- Open A-101 Ground floor plan and look at the calibration: 1:100, set from the sheet's own preset.
- Press A and click the corners of the office — the area lands in the measurement list with its label.
- Press C, drag round the detail you want to flag, then type a note. ⌘Z takes it back.
- Open the measurement panel's group totals: areas by group, lengths by group, counts by group.
- Export the marked-up PDF and the CSV schedule; the export opens in Preview with the marks flattened in.
Where the real work goes
Your own drawings never reach us. Open the app, create a project, and drop your PDF on it: the file is read in your browser, and only the project — sheets, calibration, measurements, marks — is saved on our side so you can pick it up on another Mac.
