Refund policy

The seller is ALGD LTD, company number NI744090, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom. Payments are taken by Stripe on our behalf and appear on your statement as ALGD LTD.

Before you commit

Nothing here needs a card to evaluate: the demo set is the real product with a finished four-sheet takeoff in it. Look at that first.

Cancel within 14 days

Cancel within 14 days of a charge and that month is refunded in full — reply to any receipt email or write to support@algd.store. No form, no questions.

After that

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and you keep access to the end of the paid period. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Cancel any time from the Stripe receipt's management link or by writing to us.

If the service fails you

If AEC Markup loses a project the app had confirmed saved, or is unavailable for more than 48 hours because of a fault on our side, that month is refunded pro-rata; the month is refunded in full if the loss is ours and unrecoverable. That is the failure mode this product exists to prevent, and it is not one we will argue about.

Failed payments

A failed payment is retried for 7 days with notice by email; after that the account becomes read-only until the payment succeeds. Your exports stay reachable throughout.
